Marching sideways like a tiny ocean warrior, the Atlantic Blue Crab sports bright blue claws that look like they were dipped in neon paint! These feathery-legged swimmers use their back legs as paddles to zip through the water and can use their pincher claws to crack open clams like a snack nutcracker.  

The Southern Stingray is like a friendly flying carpet gliding across the sandy ocean floor! They love to play hide-and-seek by flapping their wings to cover themselves in sand so only their big, curious eyes poke out. When it is time for dinner, they use their mouths like a happy underwater vacuum cleaner. 

Meet the Nurse Shark, the ultimate couch potato of the Florida coral reef! Unlike other sharks that have to keep swimming to breathe, this sleepy shark loves to take long naps right on the sandy ocean floor all day long. They have two cute little whiskers under their nose that act like underwater fingers to feel for snacks hiding in the sand. 

The Sea Turtle is the ancient, gentle explorer of the Florida reef! With their smooth, shell backpacks and long front flippers, they look just like they are flying through the ocean in slow motion.
